Day 03 : Departure

After breakfast, enjoy shopping at Bogyoke Market which has hundreds of food, handicrafts and gems shops. Leisure until departure. Transfer to the airport for departure.

Day 01 : Arrival Yangon

Day 02 : Excursion to Thanlyin

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Excursion by air-conditioned coach/car from Yangon to Thanlyin. Visit Kyaik Kyauk Pagoda and Kyauk Tan Yele Pagoda (Island Pagoda), and return to Yangon. On the way, visit a small Mon village. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch half day sightseeing in Yangon. Sightseeing to Kyauk Htat Gyi (Reclining Buddha), photo stop at the Karaweik hall (Royal Barge) on Kandawgyi Lake and Botataung Pagoda. Sunset at Shwedagon Pagoda - world famous golden stupa in the dome shape rises 98 meters from its base and is covered with 30 tons of pure gold and then, visit to China town. Overnight at hotel.

Day 03 : Drive to Bago and sightseeing.

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Bago (85 Km- 1 hours)-an ancient capital of the 'Mon' Kingdom (15th century), visit Shwemawdaw Pagoda with its spire taller than the Shwedagon Pagoda, Hinthar Gone Pagoda, Kyakhat Waing Monastery and Bago Market. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, continue sightseeing to the 55-meter long reclining Shwe Tha Laung Buddha and visit small 'Mon' village. After visiting a 'Mon' village, continue to the four giant Buddha images Kyaik Pun Pagoda. Return to Yangon. Visit the Allied War Cementery near Htauk Kyant and 'Nat' tree shrine on the way back. Overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 04 : Departure

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, half day sightseeing in Yangon .Sightseeing to the old colonial style city centre, Sule Pagoda- dating back over 2000 years ago, National Museum and Bogyoke Market. Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon leisure until departure. Transfer to airport for departure.

After early breakfast, drive via Bago to Kin Pun base camp (110 km -3 1/2hours). Lunch at local restaurant. Continue to Kyaikhtiyo the 'Golden Rock', a huge boulder completely covered by gold leaf and delicately balanced on the edge of a cliff. From base camp to the next camp (11 km) by open trucks, which are very crowded. Travelers walk about 4 km to final stage. From final stage to the Golden Rock with up steep paths. Visitors can be carried in Sedan chair by four porters. These will extra charge approx. US$ 20.00 p.p. At arrival, enjoy the beauty of sunset and see the pilgrimage site. Dinner at Hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 03 : Drive back to Yangon and leisure.

After Breakfast, return to Bago (110 km-3 1/2 hours). Sightseeing includes the Shwemawdaw Pagoda with its spire taller than the Shwedagon Pagoda, the 55-meter long Reclining Buddha Image and small Mon village. Lunch at local restaurant.

After lunch, return to Yangon (84 Km- 1 hours) and on the way visit the four giant Buddha images Kyaik Pun Pagoda. Visit the Allied War Cemetery near Htauk Kyant and 'Nat' tree shrine on the way back. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at Hotel in Yangon.

Day 04 : Departure

Day 03 : Excursion Mt.Popa (50 km, 1:30 hours)

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Mt. Popa-an extinct volcano which is known as “Home of the Spirits” and observe the life of rural area on the way such as producing the palm sweets. We may stop several places for taking the photos and knowing the countryside. Climb up 777 steps to reach on top of Mt. Popa cliff temple and enjoy the landscapes. Then, come down and back to Bagan. Visit Minanthu village to observe the daily life of the people. Finally, take the boat ride on mighty Ayeyarwaddy River during the sunset time. Overnight in Bagan.

Day 04 : Fly to Heho. Drive to Inle (35 km, 01:00 hour)

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Heho. Upon arrival, drive to Inle. On the way, enjoy the beauty of hazy blue Shan plateau and ways of life of hilly region. Direct boat excursion on the lake. Visit floating garden, floating villages, Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda-the most venerable pagoda on the lake-which houses 5 images of Buddha completely gilded, jumping-cats-monastery, etc. Check in at the hotel and overnight.

Day 05 : Fly to Yangon. Departure

Day 02 : Excursion Mingun

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Boat excursion to Mingun (01 hr) along mighty Ayeyarwaddy River. During the river cruise, we may enjoy the fascinating landscapes of the river as well as the daily life of the people living along the Ayeyarwaddy. Visit Mingun pagoda, which was dedicated to be the highest one but remains as the biggest pile of bricks & the biggest ringing bell of 90 tons, the unusual Myatheindan pagoda, which represents Mt. Meru and the abode of celestial beings. Back to Mandalay and finally, relax your mind and body by walking over the world’s longest teak bridge of 01 km long, U Bein Bridge. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 03 : Drive to Mt.Popa (240 km, 5/6 hrs). Proceed to Bagan (50 km, 2 hrs)

Day 03 : Kyaing Tong

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Drive about 1.5 hrs to start trekking. Visit Akha four villages with different religions and different ways of living. Back to the coach. Continue to Palaung Village, women wear their traditional costumes with special belts. Back to Kyaing Tong and wandering in the town, such as nearby Naung Tong Lake, etc. Overnight.

Day 04 : Drive to Minelar (87 km, 3 hrs)

Day 03 : Drive to Mt.Popa (1 & 1/2 hr). Proceed to Mandalay. Overnight in Mandalay.

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Mt.Popa-an extinct volcano which is known as “Home of the Spirits” and observe the life of rural area on the way such as producing the palm sweets. We may stop several places for making the photos and knowing the countryside. Climb up 777 steps to reach on the top of Mt.Popa cliff temple and enjoy the landscapes. Come down and proceed to Mandalay. Check in at the hotel and leisure. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 04 : Excursion Amarapura, Sagaing & sightseeing in Mandalay

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Visit Mahamuni Buddha Image-one of the most sacred Buddha Images in Myanmar with 15 cm thickness of gold leaf and many pieces of precious stones, such as diamonds, rubies, pearls, sapphires, emeralds, etc. Excursion to Amarapura (01:00 hr), an ancient capital of Myanmar, where we can observe the life of over 1000 monks at Mahagandaryon Monastery & silk weaving factory. Proceed to Sagaing, where we can observe the fascinating landscapes of the Ayeyarwaddy River from serene Sagaing Hill, the place of over 700 monasteries. Drive to Mandalay and visit Mahamuni Buddha Image-one of the most sacred Buddha Images in Myanmar with 01 ton of gold-gilded and many pieces of precious stones, such as diamonds, rubies, pearls, sapphires, emeralds, etc. Continue visiting of traditional handicraft workshops such as, marble carving, gold leaves beating, Kuthodaw Pagoda, which houses 729 marble slabs sculptured the teaching of Buddha, Shwenandaw (Golden Palace) Monastery, which is the masterpiece of wood carving, etc. Finally enjoy the sunset on top of Mandalay Hill where we can admire the beauty of Mandalay City, Shan Plateau, etc. Come back to hotel and leisure. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 05 : River cruise Mingun - Ava(Inwa)

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Boat excursion to Mingun(01 hr) along the mighty Ayeyarwaddy River. During the river cruise, we may enjoy the fascinating landscapes of the river as well as the daily life of the people living along the Ayeyarwaddy. Visit Mingun pagoda, which was dedicated to be the highest one but remains as the biggest pile of bricks & the biggest ringing bell of 90 tons, the unusual Myatheindan pagoda, which represents Mt. Meru and the abode of celestial beings. Proceed to Ava by boat for about 02 hours. On the way, we may observe the beauty of serene Sagaing Hill & bridge from the boat. Arrive to Ava and visit by horse carts to Maenu Okkyaung Monastery-built by the chief queen in 1818 for the venerable chief monk-is the unique brick building of 19th century, Nan Myint Tower-27 meter masonry high is declined due to the earthquake in 1838, Bargayar Monastery – well-known for its wood carving with 267 teak pillars. Come back to Amarapura and enjoy the sunset by crossing over U Bein Bridge. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 06 : Fly to Heho, drive to Pindaya (01 & 1/2 hrs). Proceed to Inle (2 & hrs)

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Heho. Drive to Pindaya and enjoy the marvelous landscapes of hilly region with vegetable plantations, terrace-landing cultivation, etc. Visit the Pindaya Caves-houses 8094 Buddha Images casted in lacquer, wood, stone, alabaster, etc., and pulp-umbrella workshop. Proceed to Inle and on the way, visit Shweyanpye Monastery-typical Shan Monastery, made of wood which is about 500 years old and its pagoda-there are over 700 small Buddha Images in niches fully painted traditionally by Shan people. Check in at the hotel and overnight.

Day 07 : Excursion in Inle

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Boat excursion on the lake. Visit Indein pagodas in ruins covered by trees and bushes-which are supposed to be about 500 years old; floating gardens; floating villages; Lotus-petal robe weaving looms, Phaungdaw Oo Pagda-the most venerable pagoda on the lake which houses 5 images of Buddha completely gilded; In Paw Khon village to observe the silk weaving; jumping cats monastery, etc. Overnight in Inle.

Day 08 : Fly back to Yangon. Departure

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight back to Yangon. Upon arrival, transfer to Bogyoke market and visit. In the evening, transfer to Yangon International Airport for the departure flight.
