Day 01 : Arrival Yangon & sightseeing

Finally, visit the Shwedagon Pagoda-one of the wonders of the world where we can observe the ways of life of Buddhists such as offering the water, candles, flowers, etc. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 02 : Fly to Kawtaung. Embark on cruise.

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Kawthaung. Sightseeing in this border-trading town, before boarding the yacht. Depart from Kawthaung early evening for the islands of the Mergu Archipelago.

Day 03 : Myeik (Mergui) Archipelago

Morning, spend some time for relaxing and snorkeling at Crescent Bay (a cluster of islands grouped together to form a beautiful bay) with white beaches in every direction. Afternoon, sailing north to Palau Laviaung island. Spend a few hours at this beautiful spot for beach exploration and swimming. Afternoon, travel north againt Palau Nala to visit the Moken (sea gypsy) village. Evening, at anchor in the vicinity.

Day 04 : Myeik (Mergui) Archipelago

Exploring Lampi island including a visit to the southern-most of the island’s mangrove rivers using the inflatable dinghy and kayaks. Afternoon, sail north along the western coast of Lampi to visit Palau Tayu.

Day 05 : Myeik (Mergui) Archipelago

River visit to the northern-most river on Lampi Island, tide permitting. Afternoon, spend time on sailing and exploring Kubo Island. Evening at Salet Galet; a secluded “S” shaped channel, which guarantees a calm, secluded anchorage. This is good for bird-life including hornbills. Crab-eating masques (monkey) can be seen her on the shoreline feasting on oysters.

Day 06 : Myeik (Mergui) Archipelago

Early morning, sail to Clara Island. The day to be spent snorkeling, swimming, diving and relaxing there. Barbecue in the evening-if weather permitting-on one of the archipelago’s most beautiful beaches.

Day 07 : Myeik (Mergui) Archipelago

Early morning, sail south to dive site named “In through the Out-door”! Continue traveling south, stopping at Cavern, McCarthy and Stewart Islands for diving in this vicinity. Late afternoon, departure for return to Kawtaung, arrive next morning.

Day 08 : Fly to Yangon

Disembark and transfer to the airport for the flight to Yangon. Upon arrival, transfer and check in at the hotel. Leisure and overnight in Yangon.

Day 09 : Departure

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Mandalay. Upon arrival, drive to Mandalay(01 hr). Direct excursion to Mingun (01 hr) along mighty Ayeyarwaddy River. During the river cruise, we may enjoy the fascinating landscapes of the river as well as the daily life of the people living along the Ayeyarwaddy. Visit Mingun pagoda, which was dedicated to be the highest one but remained as the biggest pile of bricks & the biggest ringing bell of 90 tons, the unusual Myatheindan pagoda, which represents Mt.Meru and the abode of celestial beings. Back to Mandalay and visit traditional handicraft workshops such as, marble carving, gold leaves beating, Kuthodaw Pagoda, which houses 729 marble slabs, sculptured the teaching of Buddha, Shwenandaw (Golden Palace) Monastery, which is the masterpiece of wood carving, etc. Finally enjoy the sunset on top of Mandalay Hill where we can admire the beauty of Mandalay City, Shan Plateau, etc. Come back to hotel and leisure. Day 03 : Excursion Amarapura, Sagaing & Ava(Inwa)

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Visit Mahamuni Buddha Image-one of the most sacred Buddha Images in Myanmar with 01 ton of gold-gilded and many pieces of precious stones, such as diamonds, rubies, pearls, sapphires, emeralds, etc. Excursion to Amarapura (01:00 hr), an ancient capital of Myanmar, where we can observe the life of over 1000 monks at Mahagandaryon Monastery & silk weaving factory. Proceed to Sagaing, where we can observe the fascinating landscapes of the Ayeyarwaddy River from serene Sagaing Hill, the place of over 700 monasteries, Kaungmudaw Pagoda-the magnificent dome remarkably seen from far away, silverware factory, etc. Continue to Ava(Inwa) and visit by horse carts to Maenu Okkyaung Monastery-built by the chief queen in 1818 for the venerable chief monk is the unique brick type building of 19th century, Nan Myint Tower-27 meter masonry high is declined due to the earthquake in 1811, Bargayar Monastery-well known for its wood carving with 267 teak pillars. Come back to Amarapura and enjoy the sunset by crossing over U Bein Bridge. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 04 : River cruise to Bagan (ETD-06:00)

Early morning, after the breakfast, transfer to the jetty for the river cruise to Bagan by ferry boat. Leisure and enjoy the marvelous landscapes during the cruise. The boat may stop at some villages to get the local passengers up and down. Arrive to Bagan and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Bagan.

Day 05 : Sightseeing in Bagan.

Visit local market, where we can understand the daily life of local people, the Shwezigon Pagoda-the glory of Bagan, which was built over 900 years ago, the Htilominlo Temple-the best pilaster carving, the Nathtaukkyaung-monastery made of teak wood at the bank of the river, which as various antique Buddhist palm scriptures and Buddha Images, the Ananda Temple-the masterpiece of Bagan, the Gubyaukgyi Temple-the best mural paintings of 11th century, the Manuha Temple-huge Buddha Images in sitting and reclining positions, the Dhamayangyi Temple-the biggest and the finest brickworks temple in Bagan, the Sulamani Temple-the 12th century temple, which Is proud for its colorful wall paintings, the lacquerware workshop-the unique of Bagan, etc. Finally, enjoy the sunset on top of the Mingalarzedi Pagoda-the last one built in Bagan before Mongolian invasion. Day 06 : Excursion to Mt.Popa & drive to Pindaya

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Mt.Popa-an extinct volcano which is known as “Home of the Spirits” and observe the life of rural area on the way such as producing the palm sweets. We may stop several places for making the photos and knowing the countryside. Climb up 777 steps to reach on top of Mt.Popa cliff temple and enjoy the landscapes Come down and proceed to Pindaya. Check in at the hotel and leisure. Overnight in Pindaya. Day 07 Visit Pindaya. Drive to Aungban (34 km, 01 hr). Train to Shwe Nyaung. Drive to Inle (11 km, hr)Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Pindaya Caves-houses 8094 Buddha Images cast in lacquer, wood, stone, alabaster, etc, umbrella workshop, which is made of pulp. Transfer to Aungban Railway Station for the train to Shwe Nyaung(ETD-15:06, ETA-17:15). Drive to Inle and check in at the hotel. Overnight in Inle.

Day 08 : Excursion in Inle

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Boat excursion on the lake. Visit In Thein pagodas in ruins covered by trees and bushes-which are supposed to be old about 500 years, floating gardens, floating villages, Lotus-petal robe weaving looms, Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda-the most venerable pagoda on the lake, which houses 05 images of Buddha completely gilded, In Paw Khon village to observe the silk weaving, jumping cats monastery, etc. Overnight in Inle.

Day 09 : Fly to Yangon. Sightseeing.

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Heho Airport for the flight to Yangon. Upon arrival, transfer to Bogyoke market and visit. In the late afternoon, transfer to Yangon International Airport for the departure flight.

The bustling local market, the Shan State Museum, the Sutaungpye Pagoda-panoramic view to Inle Lake, etc., are interesting to observe. Proceed to Inle and on the way, visit shweyanpye Monastery-typical Shan Monastery, made of wood which is about 500 years old and its pagoda, which has over 700 small Buddha Images in niches fully painted traditionally by Shan people. Check in at the hotel and overnight.

Day 09 : Excursion Inle. Fly to Yangon.

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Boat excursion on the lake. Day 03 : Excursion to Sagar village

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Boat excursion to 700 years old Sagar Pagodas, which are in ruins and recently discovered. It was formerly located on the hills but when the water dam was built, the village was moved to the present area and the pagodas were abandoned. The landscapes on the way are superb. Continue to Inpaw Khon village to observe the silk weaving looms. Back to hotel and overnight.

Day 04 : Excursion in Inle. Evening, fly to Mandalay and leisure. Overnight in Mandalay

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Boat excursion on the lake. Visit In Thein pagodas in ruins covered by trees and bushes-which are supposed to be old about 500 years. Transfer to Heho Airport for the flight to Mandalay. Upon arrival, drive to Mandalay (01 hr) and check in at the hotel. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 05 : Excursion Amarapura & sightseeing in Mandalay

Welcome at the airport. Drive to Amarapura (01:00 hr), an ancient capital of Myanmar, where we can observe the life of over 1000 monks at Mahagandaryon Monastery & silk weaving factory. Drive to Mandalay and visit Mahamuni Buddha Image-one of the most sacred Buddha Images in Myanmar with 15cm thick of gold leaf and many pieces of precious stones, such as diamonds, rubies, pearls, sapphires, emeralds, etc. Continue visiting of traditional handicraft workshops such as, marble carving, gold leaves beating, Kuthodaw Pagoda, which houses 729 marble slabs sculptured the teaching of Buddha, Shwenandaw (Golden Palace) Monastery, which is the masterpiece of wood carving, etc. Finally enjoy the sunset on top of Mandalay Hill where we can admire the beauty of Mandalay City, Shan Plateau, etc. Come back to hotel and leisure. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 06 : River cruise Mingun-Ava (Inwa)

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Boat excursion to Mingun(01 hr) along the mighty Ayeyarwaddy River. During the river cruise, we may enjoy the fascinating landscapes of the river as well as the daily life of the people living along the Ayeyarwaddy. Visit Mingun pagoda, which was dedicated to be the highest one but remained as the biggest pile of bricks & the biggest ringing bell of 90 tons, the unusual Myatheindan pagoda, which represents Mt. Meru and the abode of celestial beings. Proceed to Ava by boat for about 02 hours. On the way, we may observe the beauty of serene Sagaing Hill & bridge from the boat. Arrive to Ava and visit by horse carts to Maenu Okkyaung Monastery-built by the chief queen in 1818 for the venerable chief monk is the unique brick building of 19th century, Nan Myint Tower-27 meter masonry high is declined due to the earthquake in 1838, Bargayar Monastery-well known for its wood carving with 267 teak pillars. Come back to Amarapura and enjoy the sunset by crossing over U Bein Bridge. Overnight in Mandalay.

Day 07 : Drive to Monywa (112 km, 03:30/04:00 hrs). On the way, excursion Sagaing. Excursion Powin caves.

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Monywa and on the way enjoy the life of rural area. Proceed to Sagaing, where we can observe the fascinating landscapes of the Ayeyarwaddy River from serene Sagaing Hill, the place of over 700 monasteries. Check in at the hotel upon arrival. Drive to Powintaung Caves-saturated in a cliff which houses over 400,000 Buddha Images. It consists of 947 sandstone caves dug to of the hills and considered by archaeologists to be the richest collection of mural painting and Buddha’s statues and unique precious frescoes. Visit around the caves and proceed to Kyaukka village, famous for its lacquer ware products. Back to Monywa and overnight.

Day 08 : Visit Monywa. Proceed to Bagan (290 km, 05/06 hrs)

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Visit Thanbode Temple-over 500,000 Buddha Images built in 1930, the Bodhitahtaung Temple-over 1000 sitting Buddha Images under 1000 Bodhi trees, the Shwetharlyaung Reclining Buddha Image-one f the biggest reclining Buddha Images in Myanmar with 100 meters long, etc. Proceed to Pakkoku and one the way visit Pakangyi (one of the oldest surviving wooden monastery). After Pakkoku, continue to Myit Chay Village (28km south of Pakkoku, typical Myanmar village with a strong craftwork tradition producing colorful woven blankets, paper toys and traditional sandals.) Continue to Kyun Gung village(16 km south f Myit Chay). Cross the river to arrive in Bagan and overnight.

Day 09 : Sightseeing in Bagan

Visit local market, where we can understand the daily life of local people, the Shwezigon Pagoda-the glory of Bagan, which was built over 900 years ago, the Htilominlo Temple-the best pilaster carving, the Nathtaukkyaung-monastery made of teak wood at the bank of the river, which as various antique Buddhist palm scriptures and Buddha Images, the Ananda Temple-the masterpiece of Bagan, the Gubyaukgyi Temple-the best mural paintings of 11th century, the Manuha Temple-huge Buddha Images in sitting and reclining positions, the Dhamayangyi Temple-the biggest and the finest brickworks temple in Bagan, the Sulamani Temple-the 12th century temple, which Is proud for its colorful wall paintings, the lacquerware workshop-the unique of Bagan, etc. Finally, enjoy the sunset on top of the Mingalarzedi Pagoda-the last one built in Bagan before Mongolian invasion. Overnight in Bagan.

Day 10 : Drive to Mt.Popa(50 km, 1:30 hrs). Fly to Yangon.

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Mt.Popa-an extinct volcano which is known as “Home of the Spirits” and observe the life of rural area on the way such as producing the palm sweets. We may stop several places for making the photos and knowing the countryside. Climb up 777 steps to reach on top of Mt.Popa cliff temple and enjoy the landscapes. Come down and back to Bagan. Transfer to the airport for flight back to Yangon. Upon arrival, transfer and check in at the hotel. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 11 :Departure

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the Yangon International Airport for departure.
